Harvey Norman Complex - Moonah TAS
Develop, Design and Construct the Harvey Norman retail complex in Moonah which was Tasmania’s first large format retail complex – valued at $15 million dollars it includes high profile tenants Harvey Norman, Rays Outdoors, Beacon Lighting and Natuzzi.


Parbury Lincoln Sentry - Derwent Park TAS
Develop, Design and Construct of new showroom, offices and warehouse for Alesco Limited – valued at
$3 million.


Commercial — Industrial:

Alstom Limited - Cambridge TAS
Develop, Design and Construct new workshop and offices for Alstom Limited at Cambridge Tasmania.

Alstom are a global multinational company committed to the highest professional standards. The project was an endorsement of Linear Capital as the state’s leading builder of industrial projects.

The project regarded so highly that is was pre-sold to a group of investors prior to commencement,
and it has a completed value of $10 million dollars.


Tasmanian Water Corporation – Moonah TAS
Develop, Design and Construct an integrated industrial complex to support Tasmanian Water Corporation’s Moonah Head Office.

Linear Capital secured a large adjoining warehouse complex next to TasWater’s Moonah office complex,
and fully renovated and rehabilitated the site to an “as new” building.

Integral to this construction was the removal of 10,500 m2 of asbestos sheeting to remediate the site.

The development has a completed value of $10 million dollars.


Multi Level — Residential:

Hobart Silos Complex – Hobart TAS
Hobart Silos is located in Salamanca Place Hobart, and is the premier residential complex in Tasmania – valued at $50 million dollars.

The Hobart Silos project was an intelligent re-conversion of an iconic structure in an iconic location in Hobart. Existing grain silos we converted into 30 luxury apartments, and 24 boutique hotel rooms.

The project was a develop, design and construct with Linear’s principals as owners and project managers. The project was an extraordinary success with the apartments being oversubscribed from buyer by 200%.


Multi Level — Office:
Tasmanian Water Corporation and Quarantine Tasmania (AQIS)
Linear Capital purchased and leased back the Hydro Consulting building in Main Road Moonah. On the vacation of the building by Hydro Consulting, Linear Capital sought new tenants, added a further level and commenced a full modernization of the building.

The building is the only building in Tasmania, and one of only 42 in Australia to have achieved a “Whole of Building” 5 Star NABERS rating.

The develop, design and construct includes a full renovation of each existing floor, adding a fourth floor,
and full replacement of all mechanical and electrical services in the building.

Completed value of the building was $12 million dollars.


Large Format Subdivision — Industrial:
90 – 96 Sunderland Street – Derwent Park TAS
Develop, Design and Construct a 35,000 m2 industrial subdivision of 14 lots in Derwent Park Tasmania. The subdivision included design and construct of warehouses and showrooms for Tradelink, Redline Tasmania, Cospak and Ericsson – valued at $10 million dollars.


Abernant – Cambridge TAS
Linear Capital
has undertaken a design and construct of one of Tasmania’s largest planned industrial estates.

Linear has secured and has rezoned a gateway site with excellent servicing from existing road and sewerage infrastructure. The site is in the middle of one of Tasmania’s fastest growing employment nodes.

The site is 200,000m2, and will incorporate 50 industrial lots. The constructed value of the project makes
it one of the largest private developments in Tasmania, with a completed value of $70 million dollars.
