Troy Harper         Executive Chairman & Managing Director

Troy has been employed by Linear for the past eight years, seven of which as Managing Director.

His strong background in both project management and problem solving is augmented by a Degree in Economics from the University of Tasmania.

Troy has been responsible for the financial performance of each of Linear’s major  projects since 2004.

Prior to this role, Troy spent time working extensively in Asia - Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and China as a consultant in the areas of marketing and sales to the region's largest five star hotels.

Troy is active within the Tasmanian business community, holding a number of senior roles within industry organisations, the most prominent of these was as Chairman of the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Geoff Harper       Executive Director

Geoff has been a leader in the Tasmanian property industry for the past 20 years, having been involved in two of Hobart's most iconic redevelopments, the Elizabeth Street Pier and the Hobart Silos.

His property experience encompasses both property financing and hands on project management, giving him excellent insight into the full development spectrum. 

Geoff has had a long association with Tasmania, being an early member of the Tasmanian Abalone Industry and the previous President of the Tasmanian Abalone Council.

Geoff is actively engaged in the Tasmanian community both as the current Chairman of the Tasmanian Racing Club and former Chairman of the Bendigo Community Bank at Glenorchy.

Geoff has a Diploma of Business Studies majoring in Accounting.
